Under the NHS Pharmacy Contraception Service, our pharmacists can start you on the pill or continue your existing supply — free, confidential, and without seeing your GP first.
We'll have a short private consultation, check your blood pressure and BMI, and make sure your contraception is still right for you. Everything is recorded and shared with your GP practice, so your care stays joined up.

Seven conditions we can treat, right here
Under NHS Pharmacy First, our pharmacists can assess and treat seven common conditions — including supplying prescription-only medicines where clinically appropriate — without you needing a GP appointment.
Standard NHS prescription charges apply to any medicines supplied — free if you're exempt.

Seasonal flu and COVID-19 vaccinations
Free NHS vaccination for eligible groups each autumn and winter — quick, convenient and given by our own pharmacists.
If you're eligible for both, we can usually give your flu and COVID-19 vaccines together in a single visit. Not eligible on the NHS? We also offer a private flu vaccination service.

NHS Blood Pressure Checks
Free NHS blood pressure checks
High blood pressure often has no symptoms — a free five-minute check could catch it early. Available to adults aged 40 and over, with no appointment needed.
NHS Men B Vaccination
Protection against meningococcal group B
The MenB vaccine helps protect against meningococcal group B bacteria — a leading cause of meningitis and septicaemia, particularly in babies and young children.
Our pharmacists can check your eligibility for NHS MenB vaccination and administer the full course here at the pharmacy. If you fall outside the NHS criteria, private MenB vaccination is also available through our clinic.
